Is my deposit secure?

Yes, your deposit is held in our lawyer’s trust account, providing you with the assurance that it is protected. It can only be released once construction is completed, and you are ready to move into your new home.

Can the developer make changes to the home's design?

Contractually, we’re only permitted to substitute materials with the same or better quality (we only do so if there are supply issues). Rest assured that any substitutions will be carefully considered and maintain the high standards we uphold.

Do these homes qualify for a Kāinga Ora Grant?

Most of our homes fall within the Auckland cap for the Kainga Ora First Home Buyers Grant, which currently stands at $875,000. As long as you meet the grant’s other requirements, you may be eligible to receive it. Please refer to the Kainga Ora website for the most up-to-date information.

Can I rent or sell the property at any time?
